Submit an inquiry to us and we will confirm with the homeowner the availability of home of your choice. When it is available, we will return a proposed quote and request to book.
While we absolutely love pets, the final decision is for the homeowner and done on a case by case basis. The large majority of homes do not accept pets, however, we are happy to ask the homeowner on your behalf and come back with any associated costs should they accept.
To cancel your reservation, please provide us with a written confirmation via email and WhatsApp as soon as you can. We will work on your behalf to free up the dates with the homeowner. Do keep in mind timelines and cutoff dates, and opt for travel insurance at all times. Tolemeio team and the homeowner does not assume responsibility for cancellations due to your home country's COVID-19 travel restrictions or entry visa requirements.
